Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Operator
ConnectionFinder is operated by XCOR, LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of ConnectionFinder and any product operated by XCOR, LLC that uses the ConnectionFinder service.
2. Service description
ConnectionFinder is a secure connection layer operated by XCOR, LLC that allows you to link your Google account to applications that integrate with our service. ConnectionFinder handles the OAuth authorization flow, securely stores your credentials, and provides authorized data to applications operated by XCOR, LLC that you use. A single connection may serve more than one such application, always for your own account and always within the scopes you authorized. Disconnecting ends access for all of them.
Applications operated by XCOR, LLC receive either signals derived from your data, or — where the application's function requires it and you have connected your account to it — the contents of the messages and documents you authorized. Our Privacy Policy names each application and states which of the two applies. We will update that policy before any additional XCOR, LLC application begins using data you authorized through ConnectionFinder.
3. Acceptance of terms
By connecting an account through ConnectionFinder, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not connect your account.
4. Your account and data
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize ConnectionFinder to access the data scopes presented during the OAuth consent flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your account through the ConnectionFinder product or through your third-party account settings.
5. Permitted use
ConnectionFinder is provided for use with authorized applications only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to access ConnectionFinder's APIs without proper authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
6. Data handling
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data only as described there and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCOR, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the ConnectionFinder product. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
